The moment Cheat-o Benito's Supreme Court nominee gets successfully moved out of committee and up for a vote, Obama should sue for violation of his Constitutional Rights. Those rights are clearly spelled out in Article 2, section 2, and there's been no legitimate reasoning put forward for denying him his rights other than Bitch McConnell making up some non-Constitutional fairytale that they were "letting the American People decide," and then "gambling" on Trump getting in office.
I'd love to see a lawyer get Mitch on the stand and ask him to try to explain how that "decision" even works, when more Americans actually did "decide" and they clearly said NO to The Persimmon Puss-Pilferer.
Obama's the only one with this unique kind of standing, and it surely needs to be addressed by the Judiciary Branch, as these Executive branch powers have been usurped by a minority of the Legislative branch, and such overreach needs some kind of check.

We started referring to Nixon as "former president" because he resigned in disgrace. Every other president deserves the courtesy of the title, just like former governors and former generals.
