"I am Officer Nurmskoll and this is Detective Dunskapp. We've received reports that this here store might not exactly be complying with the law."

"I am looking around here, and I see lots of flowers and floral arrangements, but I don't see any cigarettes. What have you got to say for yourself??"

And all this time, I never knew CSI stood for Convenience Store Investigations.

Is it even legal for pornography NOT to be sold there too?

As a pharmacist, I want to beat those people with my state license (death by paper-cut). The only reasons a pharmacist should be allowed to refuse to fill a prescription are if the prescription is fraudulent or there is a reasonable suspicion diversion will occur. My personal beliefs make me reluctent to dispense boner pills and ADHD drugs to every kid in town, but I do. Suck it up you you liitle punks and do your god damn job.

I have a theory that CVS is trying to make up for the bad karma they have acquired by treating their pharmacy employees like shit and dicking around with re-imbursement for Medcare part D.

Maybe you don't know how things work here?

THIS DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE.

Um, this is actor212. He has, you know, standards to uphold.

You're lucky. Every time I run across Fox (which is generally in a hotel room, scanning through the channels) they're talking about BENGHAZZZZZI!!!!!!!!

Neither of them has the faintest grasp of timing, so neither.

You say that as if it were a bad thing.

is it even legal for CVS to stop selling cigarettes?

Would this question be asked if "cigarettes" were replaced with "Plan B"?
