Ah, yes...PA gerrymandering...Lady MS spent nearly 4 decades in Reading, and was represented by asst'd critters without even having to move or vote. That's how it works. Was tickled pink to read that the (R) who just inherited city of Reading is taking the gaspipe:)

Would a form of proportional representation be possible in each state? I really like the idea, but the last time the UK was polled on it, the vote went against. Fucking turkeys voting for xmas.

that reminds me of middle school and having to color in maps to learn the locations of different countries. it did take a great deal of planning.

now i just let arcgis or qgis figure it out.

Tom Marino (R) was a DA, the G W Bush Administration wanted to investigate him for his help in obtaining a PA casino license for the Bufalino mob family via Louis DeNaples. Marino quit his DA job, the Feds stopped the investigation because he quit and Marino became an in house lawyer for the mob, before becoming a Republican Congressman.

alternative math? It's a mathematician joke. It was proved fairly recently that no map could exist that requires more than four colors. My wife, a math major at Brown, laughed out loud, and she's been subjected to 52 years of my painfully lame jokes.
