Hope she gets the same treatment the Coors family gets every time they run in Colorado (where they appear to be as popular as baked beans on a bus tour).

"Guys, guys, you're doing it wrong - the black goes on the uniform, not on your faces!"

Don't care about beer, I care about keeping the Senate controlled by the Democrats. So elect a good Dem in Missouri and in my home state of Wisconsin.

Yes, it's not like we could get a progressive in there, although the voters would enjoy their programs.

I want someone who won’t obstruct much needed legislation because her donors tell her her to.

I live on Earth. I wish you luck where you live.

Seriously - I can't have this argument. I want more blue chairs because that keeps control from destructive hands and makes some value possible to be obtained. You want red states to vote for Elizabeth Warren. I may not get what I want but you surely will not.

I'm out on this.

They used to give out free beer on election days. Has she considered that? Of course, they had to stop that and close all of the bars because people were too hammered to vote (among other shenanigans). Still, it has "winning strategy" written all over it.

I want someone who will actually get some progressive policies implemented. I don’t see how that’s unreasonable.

Is a beer heiress truly our best? I say anything with beer associated with it is BeBest, even if it is pisswater!

Went to Moscow for a couple of weeks to train on a restaurant POS system my employer was going to support. One of the guys I was training with ordered a pitcher of Budweiser when we went to lunch, and I thought, "Shit. A continent full of great beers and he's ordering a canoe beer, probably trying to make me feel at home." It was incredible. Turned out that the **original** Budweiser brewery in Czechoslovakia was still turning out their 700 year old recipe, just the portion of the family who had moved to the US continued to use the name but completely Americanized the product.

I'm not going to fault her for her coming out at the Veiled Prophet ball. I WILL fault her parents for having her do it in the first place. It was still a thing when I was in college, and due to his attendance at one of St. Louis's poshest private schools, my husband actually escorted a female friend of his to it in 1999. To his credit, he's first generation and didn't know what it was, but it's where the local prominent (White) families had their daughters' debutante ball. That good old St. Louis casual racism still exists, y'all.

Pretending America's biggest problem right now is that we've forgotten how to be civil and polite to each other is probably my biggest pet peeve right now. It's appropriate to be rude to people who cared so little about the lives and health of others they just spent the last two years refusing to wear a mask and comparing mask mandates to the Holocaust. I'm going to tell anyone who refers to a trans person, especially a kid, as "it" to fuck right off. Same with anyone who thinks their right to own a gun should supersede my right to send my kids to school without worrying about them getting shot there. It's not OK to have differences of opinion on things like, "Black people shouldn't have to worry about being shot by the police every time they get pulled over" or "I get to decide what happens inside my own uterus."

Yeah. I was counting the minutes the first time I took an ICE train out of Hamburg Airport to when I could have an *actual* Budweiser. Ahhhh.
