Rejoice, Liberal-Americansians, for Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders (Socialist and proud of it!) officially declared on Tuesday that he is running to be president of U.S. America. Awwwwww yeah! And lest you think Sanders is just some silly vanity candidate -- like, for example, every single Republican in the race or pretending to maybe be planning to get into the race to boost ratings or sell books -- nope, he is dead serious about this, and he's already raised millions of dollars
So, electoral solutions are impossible without electoral wins (at the Presidential level), and electoral wins are dependent upon SCOTUS composition, AFTER a series of electoral solutions has led to multiple electoral wins, thus changing the composition of the SCOTUS to something more amenable to electoral solutions?
Wow I'm old. I am so old that I remember when Bernie Sanders' "far left" "socialist" positions and policy proposals were all things that standard-issue mainstream Democrats used to say, back when they were winning elections.
<rant-let>Don't go blaming Three Mile Island for that. Any health impacts from TMI were indistinguishable from background noise. (Sorry, unwarranted fear of nuclear energy raises my hackles. I'm totally fine with warranted concerns though, like the fact that we're still using designs from the '60s and have poor oversight and regulatory capture.)</rant-let>
George Costanza your way out--"Thanks! You've been great!"

Is that a fair summation of the problem?

... "are you over the Hill? Vote Republican!"
True dat.
Seriously, I would think their populist message would be more popular amongst working and lower class.
And I'm pretty sure Bernie has never written a racist manifesto he later "forgot"
Goodness, I feel as if I've stumbled into a marathon of The West Wing! Somebody pinch me!
"a pint of Ben & Jerry’s in every freezer".
That's reason enough to vote for him RIGHT THERE.
I wonder how a Clinton/Sanders ticket would do. Would it be the best of both worlds? Am I just dreaming?
Ok...I can wait a little longer
*cough* NIMBY *cough*
Mmmmmmm, pistachio.
Stop that!
I love you, Bernie!

Yep.
Take my money, Bernie. Be my president.
