As someone who worked with kids and adults with special needs for twenty years, served on surrogate consent committees, volunteer and Special O's, this is disgusting. Kids don't vote, though. Severely disabled people don't vote. And none of them are rolling in Amway money.
No one gets kicked out of public school because of their test grades. If that were the case we'd have the best test grades ever. Just take those kids off the rolls before testing.

Her husband had abandoned her and her son a couple of weeks before, she had packed her car that morning and they were on their way to Denver to stay with her family. She stopped and helped me in the middle of her own emergency. Her name was Debbie. I will never forget her.

They also believe in predestination. Disabled people are meant to be disabled... It's God's will. So to help them would be defiant of that will.
