Mrs. Arolpin & I discovered (quite by accident) that Sandy Hook Gateway National Recreation Area has a rather large and well-attended nude beach. It was at least 100* F out, we had walked probably 1/2 mile across the burning sand to the beach, and at that point, we just decided that we were there, and it was fine.Then this absolutely stunning Italian couple sauntered in, looking like perfectly tanned statues. They were two of the most attractive people I've ever seen, and they kind of sat almost directly in front of us.Then about 15 minutes later a family with two teens showed up, and it was so hot that they just decided to deal with the awkwardness and embarrassment, rather than having to trek back across the sand, get in their car, and drive another mile to the next beach.
There's a buncha blue checks making excuses, saying the ramp was wet and therefore he needed to take extra care not to slip. Absolutely nothing to do with his general lack of physical fitness or the fact that he wears lifts.
Back in the 80's waterfowl were disappearing from GG Park. Rangers found a buried cache in the park. Turns out it was a group of recent Hmong immigrants who thought the park was a supermarket. A cultural misunderstanding that was resolved and nobody went to jail.
