Excellent for starting fires, as well! Especially useful if your stovepipe is long and exposed; you can light a twist of quick-burning newspaper and thrust it up the chimney; it gets the air column moving, so you can successfully light the main fire.

I hear that they print stuff on it, but I don't mind that, so long as it's delivered for free, and I can get my fires going.

Sadly, for at least a decade, the IPCC has been downsizing all impact estimates to not seem "fear-mongering". At this point, I expect everything to be worse than "baseline" prediction.
