Yeah, and when you use your philanthropy and your ability to hire and fire actors to gain access to victims, then even giving away $500 million is part of your criminal plan to commit sexual assault.
Don't brag about how much you spent to help you find victims. You're not a better class of rapist depending on how much you paid to find them and get them alone.
He most likely wasn't a pleasant person to be around anyway. My late ex, for instance, was a delightful guy when sober, and was a functional alcoholic, able to keep a job, pay the family bills *ahead of time*, etc.....but when drinking, a whole different person came out. I should have left as soon as the kids were grown anyway, but a lack of confidence in my own abilities kept me from it. Maybe she had the same problem......
Amina Annabi was resplendent as Samira in The Advocate opposite Colin Firth. It's one of my top ten films. She didn't work again for six or seven years, and I'm wondering if it's because of HW, who produced that brilliant film. If you haven't seen it, it co-stars Ian Holm, Jim Carter, Nicol Williamson, and Donald Pleasence, all of whom are stellar.
She is working again, but not in Hollywood. I suspect another disgusting Weinstein story.
She's a well-known designer in her own right, with a once-very-successful line, but he did make sure that a lot of her business, or at least her company's exposure, was dependent on him - actresses from his films wore a lot of Marchesa on the red carpet, and I think he produced Project Runway, on which she was a judge. I don't get the impression that she needed to cling to him because of lack of confidence... but I'm sure that the idea of separating her business from his was a migraine in itself, and disinclined her from inquiring more deeply into him.
I do know that when his activities hit the headlines, she disappeared from public view and her dresses disappeared from red carpets, as people distanced themselves from her because of him.
I just remember that he is the kind of shitty creep who hired people to investigate, threaten, and try to delegitimize his accusers... I'm guessing he waged a similar campaign to shut down questions from his brother, who was his business partner, or his wife.
Ex wife. She left him in 2017 right after Farrow broke the accusations, divorce was finalized two years ago, in January 2018.
...as the wall behind him crumples to the ground.
Isn't it the case that he could go to prison for Life??
Nixon showed up on crutches, when he got into trouble.
What is it?
Really? When I was 8 weeks old I grabbed a woman by the boob, and 6 months later I bit her right on the nipple!
Of course, I like to think my behavior as an adult has been quite a bit better than that, but I cannot claim life-long purity.

Right, of course.
Did he really? I don't remember that. But of course he would.

He probably had ways of shutting down her business.....he's a major piece of....well, you get my drift.
100 is a big number.
She sounds like a nutcase.
The tennis balls on the walker was a nice touch.....
