I mean, sure, but it's also by no means a major metropolitan area. I've mostly been explaining this to fellow Louisianians, so this may not seem super relevant to you, but South Bend is roughly the same size as Shreveport, Louisiana. Which is the third largest city in a quite rural state.
I'm mostly getting over my scorn of Pete Buttigieg (we could do worse, tbh), but I mean ffs South Bend doesn't even have an international airport. There are minor suburbs in the Northeast Corridor and California that are both larger and more culturally important.
Cool. Note that OP *already stipulated* that it’s not a major metropolitan area. But hey, let’s make sure to capitalize on every opportunity to dismiss every place smaller than Chicago and then be super confused when people who live in those places think we’re out of touch and condescending. It’s worked out so well for Democrats the last few decades.
I still have accounts on FB and Twitter, so every time I'm on either platform, I tell this fucking fucker to drop out of the race and use his money to support actual Democrats. Of course, I've never gotten a response.
That's right--frankly Democratic messaging has to be more disciplined, and constantly repeat the most popular parts of our agenda (expanding health care, raising minimum wages, etc.) and keep hitting these points where the public veers sharply against the Republicans. Stay on message at every level, and we can swamp em next year.
I'm wary of OHJB myself, due to his age and what seems like rusty political instincts, but yeah if he pulls off the nomination he has my full support. Four more years of Trump is too high a risk.
So with flagging, what category should be selected?
I also got a text from his 'grassroots coordinator'. lolwut indeed.
and hey, don't fuzzuk with Yang: he's down for UBI and smart as fuck. Wait, I actually said fuck when I meant to not say fuck.

Hard to say. Not left enough? Slightly racist?

Wouldn't it be cheaper if Steyer just bought the network so he could host the debate himself?
