I think chuck schumer has caught on to the republican game of dragging their feet for as long as they can before voting against it. fuck 'em chuck, just put all the stuff in the reconciliation bill and get on with it, they were never going to vote for it anyway.
Ya know, CA has to eliminate 1 District Rep. Although it is supposed to be done by an independent commission, with the way this is going, Qevin could find himself out on his ear. There is nothing in the IC rules that says it must be a Democratic District that's eliminated or incorporated into another District.

I'm at least confident that there are a lot of lobbyists who want this infrastructure bill. Construction companies of all stripes. I expect they're pushing hard on this.
