yea but isn't it kind of a pain to have to crawl over their Maginot line with your hands full of sammiches?

It should probably be 2 Tbs of Flour for the first sauce ingredient so we can make a roux instead of just a pool of butter. It's just like this blog to ram more butter down my throat! However, butter is delicious, so to each their own.

I didn't think this recipe was very good. First, I substituted American cheese slices and Velveeta for the gruyere, since gruyere is something I've never heard of and makes me sick and is probably French, because America. Then I realized that dairy makes me flatulent and substituted soy milk for the milk. Also margarine, of course, instead of butter. Really - it's a lot of work and just isn't that good, but keep trying Mojopo.
