The thing is, they are mostly Ayn Rand libertarian folks who have a leave us alone philosophy. No idea......I haven't been to Bend in maybe 20 years. LOTS of people from SoCal were buying up property and moving there..........Boise too. I've been in Thailand for 3 1/2 years, so not much contact with Eastern Oregon folks........making a trip back in August to visit my daughters in San Diego and make a trip up to Redfish lake in Idaho for a little family gathering.......don't think I'll make it to Oregon.
