I imagine it is hard to see a behavioral difference between a crazy person who doesn't want to be committed and a not-crazy person who also doesn't want to be committed.
Despite qualified immunity, Ms Brock deserves enough compensation to resurrect Dr. Freud (jk lolno) for several lifetimes of therapy, and a goodly portion of upper Manhattan/Bronx plus a private highway to her weekend house in Bermuda.

NYPD said she had been “acting irrational, she spoke incoherently and inconsistently, and she ran into the middle of traffic on Eighth Ave.”
OK, now we know what she didn't do, so what did she actually do to get arrested.
