When I hear "selling insurance across state lines" I think "pick the worst damn state in the union with respect to health insurance, and then watch every insurance policy originate from that state".

The number of doctors in the U.S. has gone up every year since Obamacare passed. Forbes whines that there is a doctor shortage. But that is mostly because of the millions of new people getting coverage.
