'Member when Bill O'Reilly was Fox's biggest star, and they had trouble reining him in?

Good times.

Our gas prices have been going down, down, down all week. I can't wait to see where they're at by Thursday.

That is actually a good idea. If I ever get a chance to train in records management again, I'll use it. Mostly as it shows that although everyone has their own goals and practices about keeping records, you all end up at the same place. And to fill in the first 10 minutes.

I use it to illustrate what leading teams and the like is like when you're brought in as a consultant. I feel for you about the call center thing. Ugh...

I'm a Lean Six Sigma black belt, and we use this commercial in our training classes to illustrate what leading cross-functional teams and facilitating kaizen events is like, lol

This is exactly what managing records is like in real life. Only the cats have ADHD and you are herding them through areas covered in shiny stuff and the natives don't have bows and arrows - they have laser pointers.

Too cold. I'd much rather be in Mexico...loved the times I spent there, wonderful people, delicious food, glorious mountains, rivers, beaches...the best!
