Try Vietnamese. No verb tenses. Just 4,5, or 6 tones (depending on Province) that few westerners will ever be able to differentiate.

Thanks to the diseases Columbus imported, and slavery, by the mid-1550's there weren't many local folk left.

Then there's "Herpanic" - what the First Lady felt when she found out about Stormy Daniels.

That's OK as far as it goes - but what's the definition of "white?"

Researching the question(able) FBI statistics, I spent a morning poking around their website and never found a definition for "white" or "Black." I think it's a Rachel Maddow-style issue - because the Regressives love to quote numbers about the percentage of criminals vs. the respective percentages in the US population. But wouldn't a person 75% "white" and 25% "Black" be "white" under a normal definition? The truth, of course, is there is no rational definition because the entire construct is irrational.

Note that "ilk" is plural! That was the novel twist a "dear shitferbrains" poster put on it, and I love it. I've always wanted to have some ilks.

Oddly enough, I suspect bigots like these, who so bravely speak out against two women speaking Spanish, would not be as confrontational against a full-grown Klingon.

So if I were to go to Texas and speak Chinese, would I get deported too?

I hear it's very unheard of (Chinese) in that there parts it is.

My wife worked with a guy whose wife was Chinese-American. She spoke fluent Spanish. Do I ever have an interesting road trip for her!! She would probably fry what few brain cells he still owns.
