I was in hospital two years ago with a broken arm (at 72). First I was nabbed for bringing my two prescription meds along (I honestly didn't know better). Then I was Indicted and charged with getting off the bed and standing next to it; the bed was wired with an alarm because they had labeled me a "Fall Risk."
I'm a gonna just die rather than go to a hospital again.
Here's the nurse-splainer: Who do you think gets punished when a non-compliant patient falls and breaks a hip in a hospital room? Or when a patient takes a bunch of contraband meds and has to have their stomach pumped b/c it interacted with their hospital meds?? Hint: it's not the patient, since they obviously already know everything. THE NURSE PAYS THE PRICE.
This: "any medical marijuana law would need to be narrowly tailored so people wouldn't sneakily enjoy weed" is the truth. I lived in the Sunflower State for 13 years, and it was a heavy lift to neuter alcohol prohibition in the 1980s-90s. (The state constitution prohibits "open saloons": sorry, Miss Kitty.)
Kansas doesn't do it. I've lived in states with ballot initiatives (Arkansas and California), and it's a mixed bag. In the former, there was an attempt to abolish all property taxes (see Stilley, Oscar). In the latter, it was Prop 8, AKA Prop Hate (see Fundamentalism, Toxic).
The way things are going, it was probably his parents who narced on him.
That's right! Weed kills!
With all the odors in a hospital you're bothered by a little m.j.?
We're talking about LEOs; "judgement" has little to do with it.
Biden ordered a review of that Section 1 status. https://slate.com/technolog...
"It's biblical. Give strong drink to the dying, wine to the suffering."
And Guinness to Everybody!

They’re Cops. Someone expected Compassion and all that other “Human” stuff?
The picture looks odd to me too, but the leaves look real. The seeds look candy-coated to you?

Don't forget the Oxycodone: the Sacklers' bronze stuff won't gold-plate itself!

I don't blame her. I hope she's getting plenty of palliative care.
He could make the argument that vaping doesn't produce a flame.
It's the same with an automatic transmission: select R to go backwards, D to go forward!
