Obviously the librul "legal" system can't protect the rights of ordinary citizens. That's why the Second Amendment is so necessary. Any other questions?
Unfortunately, New York (both city and state) has always been bad about prosecuting real estate moguls. All the big guys in NYC are astonishingly crooked, and the worst that ever happens is that they occasionally have to pay a fine that ends up coming out of petty cash.
I don't understand how states demanding candidates provide arbitrary government documentation is unconstitutional, but states demanding voters provide arbitrary government documentation isn't. I'm certainly not impressed by the "oh, but it's so inconvenient" argument.
They keep looking at this but then the drafters look at countries that have them and realise ours works ok. What we have is flexible enough to cope with change and now that the courts have got involved I don’t see that changing. I’m ambivalent about codifying things as they might fuck up what we have. And in a couple of years we’ll be deciding whether Scotland needs one so there’s no hurry for a UK one.
Thank you Ms. Crofts. IIRC there is one case currently litigating against trump in which the issue of "executive privilege" will be decided decisively, which of course will affect many of the other cases. Is it the case against the treasury department over trump's taxes? I'm afraid I can't recall. But I would love to see an analysis of that!
I used to be in favour but as I look at the horror show you are enduring I am less convinced. What we have actually works pretty well and the supreme court here is not partisan and rules on the law. I'm really worried that when it was written down in a constitution it would be too easy to twist - money is free speech for example.

Single quotation mark, methinks.
Trump's pimp as well. Stormy Daniels said she never had Trump's phone number, just Schiller's.
I would say the UK needs a written Constitution but that really isn't helping us much at the moment...

That was a really brilliant summary of a very complex thing. Well played and thank you.
