Here she comes! If you are reading this, you are probably a mean liberal who has been sitting around eating arugula for months now, making catty asshole jokes about how Melania Trump refuses to move to the White House, spending gajillions of dollars on the taxpayer dime, probably because she hates her husband, whose Secret Service code name may or may not be "Dipshit." But you will have to stop making those jokes now, because the
With so many good schools in the District, I wonder why they had to select one in Potomac, MD. Probably just to get to spend more Secret Service funds because of the extra miles required to get him there. St. Albans and Sidwell Friends are a close ride from the White House and they have experience with first family kids. Oh, to be so privileged as the Trumps - gold plated and all!
And I really don't see anything wrong for Rosie McDonald to say, "Y'know, I have a daughter with autism, and Barron seems to have a lot of the same characteristics that she does." Autism is a SPECTRUM. I've met many autistic people who are teachers, scientists, all sorts of professions. So, if Barron does have autism, big deal. There's help for it, and I hope that, if he has it, his parents are getting help for him. I just pity the poor kid, being born into a "family" like that. I hope he rises above it all.
Autistic or not, I just hope Melania will not allow Trump to treat Barron like he allegedly treated his other sons. For all her flaws, I think Melania truly is a caring mom. The two young men I know who have autism are very special to me.They're kind, considerate, and affectionate.
Sidwell, Georgetown Day, and other prestigious private schools in the D.C. area typically don't accommodate students with anything more than the mildest of learning disabilities. (Mr. B and I have a now-grown LD kid among our three and lots of experience trying to find a school that could, or would, accommodate him. Schools that accepted his brothers wouldn't take him. So trust me on this one.)
Some private and parochial schools here accept LD students IF the parents also are willing to pay for private tutors to accompany and assist the child through the school day. From everything I've heard, which is quite a lot, if the youngest Mr. T does present upon the autism spectrum, he would require as many as five tutors, easily doubling or more the $40K that St. Andrews charges for lower school tuition.
Many LD kids are fine being mainstreamed into classrooms at the earlier stages, but by fifth grade their learning differences have become apparent and need to be addressed appropriately.
It's not an absolute guarantee, but narcissists are mostly, though not all, the children of or raised by narcissists. Was taught that when I got into psychiatric hospital work. Good news is, it's not an absolute certainty, as your case shows.
I don't know if he's in fact gay, but if he is, it most certainly isn't "openly." He was married to a woman for 33 years, until her death a couple of years ago. You might have another look at your source.
Probably because she has no power and is politically irrelevant, I'm usually willing to cut Melania slack as needed. It's hard making a life in a foreign country, and that would be true even (or especially) for someone who is married to her husband.
Donnie showed up once to take Don, Jr. to a football game in college, and Don, Jr. answered the door in a sports shirt. Donnie slapped him and told him to go change into a suit.
"If" this child has autism there is absolutely nothing wrong with this photo. My autistic son to this day backs into me for a brief hug. An allowed motherly touch is often a triumph for a mother of an autistic child. A camera in your face is wonderful tool when an autistic child can't seem to focus on anything for any reasonable length of time. If a camera works, use it. But "if" this child has autism what a lost opportunity for Melania to promote education and awareness of this disability.
If Barron has Autism, what an opportunity for Melania to have an actual cause. I wish him well. The truth is, most other kids in this country are starting out with a lot less baggage than Barron, even if he doesn't have any afflictions.

I feel sorry for Barron. I only hope that he grows up to be nothing like his horrible father, mother, brothers, and at least one sister.

Barron could fuck a shit ton of people up just like his dad has. That millions of bucks may be a bargain.

May I suggest Melancholia as a new name?

Wonkette did.
I'd rather his father watch and curse his choices from prison.
