Yeah, I think I got swatted about 6 times total growing up. In each of those instances, I had done something that could have gotten me killed. Then I turned into a bookish kid who didn't really get into any trouble. As far as that woman goes...jail is too good for her.
It takes a lot of courage to run away from your home, especially from one where you know you'll be punished for bringing the heat and criticism of your parenting. Those kids, those kids who had to grab some guns to hide them on their run, are to be pitied.
To save brown kids? I bet they'd be even less concerned, unless they thought they might score some drugs if they barged in. It's not an illegal search if they just happen to see it, which is why so many druggies are found with drugs "on the table when we entered the premises."
My guess is that they knew that bitch had a stockpile of guns inside the house (the pile at the curb put there by her kids may have been a clue) and they didn't want a massive shootout.
