Absolutely nothing these people do surprises me anymore.

At the time of Flynn's firing, my major question was; why did Trump want Flynn SO BAD? Obviously he ignored Obama's advice to have nothing to do with him, but there were a LOT of red flags. Trump ignored them all and gave Flynn the job. And didn't want to fire Flynn even when it was obvious Flynn shouldn't be anywhere near a responsible government post.

Why was Donnie Two-scoops SO MOTIVATED to have Traitory McTraitorface as his National Security Adviser? What was in it for HIM?

I want this question answered even more now.

Because his Russian handler told him to hire him, obvs.

It might be nothing more than the ni*CLANG told Trump not to hire him. Trump has such a burning desire to undo everything President Obama did, that he might have undone Flynn's firing just to spite Obama and nothing more than that.

Since that list includes kidnaping children, and transporting them to slave farms on Mars, no, there is nothing the Clintons have not been accused of.-------Just the "transport mass quantities of people to Mars" part would make anyone wealthy beyond their wildest dreams, as well as make them the first person to colonize another planet.

The implications of that are so wondrous, so visionary, so expansive for the future of humanity, that the notion that such a scheme would be invented to commit crimes is simply STUPID.

WRT your point, plutonium metallurgy is very complex. Plutonium is itself extremely poisonous and carcinogenic. Every step must be processed by absolute remote control. There is a constant necessity to maintain subcritical assemblies, even in solution. If a critical or supercritical assembly occurs, it will react INSTANTLY in a prompt neutron power excursion.

The SL-1 accident evolved 20 gigawatts in 4 milliseconds before the reactor was destroyed and the operators killed. It was a supercritical prompt power excursion. The site of SL-1 is a radiation hazard to this day.

Something to be prepared for: Flynn may play the Oliver North card and cop to all of it while claiming he was patriotically acting in the national interest. I'd put the over-under of citizens who buy that narrative at about 40%...which would be dishearteningly high.

"You know the feeling. You have to go, but it really hurts, like trying to pinch out a pine cone. Hi, I'm General Mike Flynn, here once again to tell you about Kushner-lax stool softener..."

How do you spell purrdickuhmint?

None of us do. It's like how every time you think they can't possibly go any lower, they can't *possibly* find a more abhorrent specimen of humanity to shove into office, they can't POSSIBLY be any more blatant about trying to completely obliterate democracy as we've known it - it's Hold my Beer time over at the wretched hive of scum and villainy known as the reich wing.

"Of course, Flynn’s kid also was pushing lies about Hillary Clinton running a child-sex ring, so we can’t wait to see what else Mueller has uncovered in his investigation."

It would be irresponsible not to speculate.

LWR's use LEU (low-enriched uranium), usually between 5-7%. PHWR's can use either enriched or unenriched.

Anything over 20% is considered weapons-grade.

Oh, that's the obvious broad answer. I want the details. Was there something going on between Turkey and Russia? What did they want Flynn to do with the Security Adviser portfolio - kill things, implement things, or just keep them updated? Or a mixture? So many questions...
