Or private schools. The deeply held convictions of anti-vaxx parents will be sorely tested by the extra time they'll spend home-"schooling" the little bastards.

I disagree, only because children who have a valid medical reason (immuno-suppressed, allergic, etc.) to not getting vaccinated would be punished, even if the parents want to innoculate them and comply with the rules.
