There were more than 9 million votes cast total. 2/3 were for not recalling Newsom. The other 1/3 wanted him replaced. Caitlyn got 55,000 votes from the minority of people who wanted a new governor, but that's way less than 1% of the total vote.
Me too. I'm not a huge supporter of term limits for the lower levels of government, either. Yearly cognitive tests after, say 70 or 75, and dismissal if you fail, yes, limited on presidents, yes, but you do need a few people who know what they're doing, and judging by Ohio's elections, you've got the same batch of people shuffling themselves about various political offices anyway.
I think the leopard print suits her.
(I am a woman of a certain age and I am wearing a leopard print shirt right now. Mine's red though.)
I think a lot of it was to "build her brand" and grift some sweet campaign cash. (Taking her cut off the top, like TFG.)
Tokenism as in "my --- friend said it was ok" is alive and well in the Republican Party because it often pays the bills of those willing to do it.
Her problem was that a more compelling "token" showed up in the race.
(I also think she was doing it to raise money for herself.)
Ohhhhh yeah. I think they will be interesting.
98.9 percent of the 35 or so percent that actually voted on the second question. A lot of the No voters left the candidates blank.
A mix of fans showing their support and "lolwtf" troll votes, I'd wager.
Well, she did better than Angelyne, at least! 👏
WE WERE TOLD THERE WOULD BE NO MATHS
So true! That's certainly what I muttered under MY breath.
She did better than I expected. My polling was wrong.
So glad she won't be in charge of anything. Maybe Sydney Powell's roommate.

Sit down and STFU please.
*Fixed!

By temperment, maybe.
