I seem to remember in our recent history a group of people who advocated for the deaths of the mentally ill. I think they called it: "life unworthy of life or Lebensunwertes Leben. The Nazi's really had a way with words and this guy needs to work hard to get to that level of sophisticated depravity. I hate to be an example of Godwin's Law but damnit this is too obvious to ignore.
