How the wealthiest country in the world can have a leader and his "bullshit Barbie" suggest that other countries are taking advantage of them is more gaslighting. The USA has been living on credit for decades, just like Trump. Both, by and large are technically speaking bankrupt, but still make promises that they can pay their debts while continuing to run on credit. This is not going to turn out well.

“President Trump knows how to negotiate, and he knows that he is governing the best country and the best economy in this world, on this planet, and every country on the planet needs to have good trade relationships with the United States.” is proof the statement is false.

Donald Trump has said his administration plans to start sending letters on Monday to US trade partners dictating new tariffs, amid confusion over when the new rates will come into effect.

“It could be 12, maybe 15 [letters],” the president told reporters, “and we’ve made deals also, so we’re going to have a combination of letters and some deals have been made.”

With his previously announced 90-day pause on tariffs set to end on 9 July, the president was asked if the new rates would come into effect this week or on 1 August, as some officials had suggested.

“No, there are going to be tariffs, the tariffs, the tariffs are going to be, the tariffs,” the president began uncertainly. “I think we’ll have most countries done by July 9, yeah. Either a letter or a deal.”

Sensing the confusion, his commerce secretary, Howard Lutnick, jumped in to add: “But they go into effect on August 1. Tariffs go into effect August 1, but the president is setting the rates and the deals right now.”

Man, just doing a bit of reading on the $50 billion "rural hospital fund." Do legislatures realize how much money that is NOT. My local regional hospital has "finances currently strain under $32.8 million in debt principal and $20 million in annual interest" according to the local paper. That's what, 10% of the "fund". Good luck saving rural hospitals with that chump change.

Why?

Because I attended them and kept them from screaming is why. Easy to occupy a 3-4 year old on a plane: look out the window! Look at the people! We're going in the sky! The infant just wanted feeding at appropriate times and otherwise DNGAF

It's called "fine tuning" an AI model. After the model is trained, additional items and weights can be added, thus avoiding retraining the whole thing (very expensive, lots of time). For example, adding the term "Trump" and making that term's weight, say, -100000 would alter whether the term "Trump" was in the response. Remember: LLMs are based on statistics and weighing which word should come next.
