Its a problem with the the way police are being trained. Its a problem with militarizing the police. Also, since police officers are part of society as well, they are subject to the same corruption of character indicative of a decadent society.

Today, a cop gets off work, is too dumb to figure out which apartment is hers, enters the wrong one and shoots and kills the person living there. Show of hands, even if you were drunk or high, how long would it take for you to realize you were in the wrong apartment? Or are we to believe they had the exact same decor?
