I can't imagine a Biden administration--even if Biden himself wants to "move on"--could get away with letting all that go. The pressure within the party and among its constituents would be too great.

If Biden is president, he'd likely have a Democratic Congress, and I can't imagine either Congress or DOJ being able to resist the pressure to bring justice that is growing among their constituents.
