On Thursday, CNN ran a story about a clinic in Wisconsin where the poors are having a heck of a hard time getting enrolled in the Affordable Care Act. Over a chyron reading "Clinic has zero Obamacare Sign-Ups," Wolf Blitzer solemnly introduced the shocking story of how staff at community clinics haven't signed up a single person, mostly due to problems with the Healthcare.gov website. This American Life had an episode today on NPR that told of the Walker administration firing or taking revenge on anyone (judges, republicans and government employees) who signed the petition to recall Walker. They're weeding out the moderates and leaving the extremists.
Y'know, this is getting beyond silly. I fail to see the correlation between the website's glitches and actual health care. It's about the same as claiming reading is bad because Amazon's website is acting up.
They've provided alternative methods for signing up for HEALTH CARE, which is what this is all about in the first place.
It's as if you just can't trust the damn "librull media" to accurately report news anymore. Yet another reason to support yer Wonkette for keepin' it real, yo.
