how is yelling at a cop a crime?

Mormos's avatar

people with black hearts abusing people with black skin, is that irony?

I don't know either, but I have so little trust for the system I wasn't planning on pushing my luck by asking.

You get a stick and a gun, you get to run red lights and people have to do what you tell them to; what asshole WOULDN'T want a piece of that action?

It fell. Many times. Face-first into a nightstick.

As Ferguson's officials found out, you can make much more money through fines, penalties, and surcharges.

While I think that would an excellent idea, those proposed bills making it illegal to record the cops will just give the brave boys in blue ("he was running away from me, I was a-skeered for my life!") *another* reason to hassle the very people they were sworn to "serve and protect".

^^THIS^^The NYPD actually spends a lot of time and effort on weeding out the many assholes among each year's batch of applicants. I suppose they do get most of 'em, but by no means do they catch them all. Small town PDs don't have the resources to do this, and it shows.

It's getting to the point where it looks a lot like that ugly mug "systemic".

They gave him every every opportunity to run, but all he would do is stand there and hit himself.

I know there are a lot of good cops out there. But these "isolated" incidents are making it harder and harder to believe that is true.

... like trying to defend yourself from getting beat up by a cop will get you charged with assault (even if all you did was try to deflect the blows coming at your face), it just is, SHUT UP!!!1!

No,that's what the ladies do on wet t-shirt night.
