In yet another isolated incident, a black motorist was pulled from his car, thrown to the ground, and then had his head smashed against the hood of a police car.
While I think that would an excellent idea, those proposed bills making it illegal to record the cops will just give the brave boys in blue ("he was running away from me, I was a-skeered for my life!") *another* reason to hassle the very people they were sworn to "serve and protect".
^^THIS^^The NYPD actually spends a lot of time and effort on weeding out the many assholes among each year's batch of applicants. I suppose they do get most of 'em, but by no means do they catch them all. Small town PDs don't have the resources to do this, and it shows.
... like trying to defend yourself from getting beat up by a cop will get you charged with assault (even if all you did was try to deflect the blows coming at your face), it just is, SHUT UP!!!1!

They gave him every every opportunity to run, but all he would do is stand there and hit himself.
