But then we realized that they almost all have NO hospitals…just maybe a one-two bed clinic. So all serious cases of anything have to go to THE CITY. I believe antibodies from a recent (for some values of "recent") case of COVID will protect you from reinfection by the same variant.
But antibodies against the original strain weren't very protective against Delta, and antibodies against Delta aren't very protective against Omicron. But ISTR antibodies against Omicron do offer pretty good protection against Delta.
But yes, all that having been said, antibodies from a full course of vaccinations are better still.

I have been rotating N95 masks as well. If I remember correctly, and this was a while ago so it may not be up to date information, it was recommended to rotate at least five. And there was a point at which they be discarded.
Aaron Collins, who has been testing masks for almost 2 years on YouTube, says they seem to be ok after 30-40 hours, but says that's probably the limit.
As others have said, have at least a few and rotate them (others say to air them out or put them in a paper bag, he just puts them in the package it came in).
Do not wash them, that can can get rid of the charge (although getting them wet doesn't seem to be a problem).
