Well, yeah. You have to be vetted. Of course, we didn't do that with our Youth Sports guy, who wasn't an employee but had access to the whole building for some reason. Yep, turns out, he'd been inappropriate with children. I'm assuming that rando state employees have been vetted. I was when I worked for APS. Bank employees? Not so much.
I have a 4 year old, who outweighs her older brother despite being 2.5 years younger. I'm so frustrated that she can't get the vaccine because the cutoffs are age-based. And especially I'm frustrated right now, because she has to quarantine for another 5 day stretch bc of another positive case in her school. But of course my workplace and my spouse's workplace don't have much advice or support for how we're supposed to handle yet another fucking quarantine period and still work.
I'll bet actual money that he is but not yet symptomatic. I have an acquaintance who got it with both kids but her husband kept testing negative and isolated. About a week later he finally tested positive after everyone was back up and mended. Hurray for vaccines but ... don't bet on him actually being/staying positive.
I've always been curious how anyone gets past the being founded by a convicted conman part of the LDS story. I mean it gets hella ridiculous at many points but if you come back to "obvious convicted conman" it all makes sense. Not believable but ... ya know. Yikes
5G tots would be fabulous just think of the teachers! When the tots little magnets start working and come on line, now teachers will lots have options when they misbehave. So, we stock the classroom with metal chairs, and no more running around. And if the school bus is too full, just stick 'em to the side of the bus.
It's not just salaries to hire people. State employees already have their health insurance, retirement, and other benefits paid for, so they don't have to pay all that again for new hires while current employees sit on their unused sick leave. That's presuming even UT pays some bennies for state workers like other states.
Way to pick up the spare!

That's evil! I like it.
Yes and yes.

That looks fun. I bet they took the engines out, though.
I mean, Smith had a gun, and discharged it. So yes?
You mean Data might have a twin brother?

White-Washing.

Damn. Full sympathy here.
