speaking about cars, this morning i saw a car with the Virginia license plate "GWAR"

i am more than a little disappointed to note that it was on a fairly new Volkswagen Golf TDI since i would have expected the license plate "GWAR" to be on something much more in line with the vehicles from the Mad Max movies.

you can't get more METAL than fanancial planning - indeed, when you see the actual lyrics, most of Slayer's songs are about the importance of saving for retirement!

not my statistics, the fbi's among others. if you strip away the hysteria rifle's are pretty much not a material threat.

if you look at the fatality rate from rifles, specifically the ar15 and then pretty much pick an handgun you will see a huge difference. Handguns are far more lethal. The ar15 shoots one of the smallest rifle cartridges made. The bullet weight is very small. it is designed to wound not kill. in the las vegas domestic terrorist incident with 23 guns, 6000 rounds of ammunition 1200 rounds were fired, 600 injured by gunfire and 58 deaths. meaning less than 1 in 20 rounds was a fatal shot. This carries over to other shootings as well. I believe the one that puffed up beto was 36 wounded 9 dead. I don't recall off the top of my head the number of bullets fired but obviously it was more than 36.

as far as the ak it was invented in response to the failures of russian weapons in ww2. As far as my google skillz go it has been used in 1 mass shooting of the 47 by rifle that occurred from 1982-2019. Over that same time 94 were committed with handguns. https://www.statista.com/st...

I think the word reasonable is where your logic falls apart. what reasonable law would prevent these shootings?gun registration? how? background checks? i have seen nothing that indicates anyone of these shootings would have been stopped with a background check. in fact as far as i can recall they were able to pass the background check.what other "reasonable" are you talking about? banning all semi automatic rifles? 400 deaths a year from all rifles, 8000+ attributed to handguns. so again, the word reasonable does not fit.

what else are you thinking of that i missed?

you should work on comprehension. I said trailering it between your private property and a track for instance.

you could also drive it all over your own property with out a license or plates or insurance. if that makes it simpler for you

very literal. So if i said "you can pay someone to trailer it from private property to private property where you can operate it without license or plates" would that get across what i am saying?

"we" are wrong then. Over black friday I stocked up. 400 rounds of 5.56/.223 and 200 of 38 SPC. both will be used to punch holes in paper and baby it's cold outside so that will probably wait until spring.

incidentally, The reason ar15 are so popular in general is because the rifle itself can be had very very cheap, Cheaper than most handguns. and the ammo is cheap as well 25-35¢ a round. Much less expensive than my 30.06 deer rifle at $1/rnd oh and before you act like i said it. I do not have an ar 15 I have a different rifle that shoots the same caliber.

Aw--you children get so adorably, foot-stomping furious about threats to your forcible citizen disarmament tyranny fantasies.

It somehow makes my Constitutionally guaranteed, fundamental human right of the individual to keep and bear arms even more enjoyable to exercise, by adding a huge element of fun to my solemn duty as a free citizen.

Thank you :-)!!!
