Odd how the British tabloids (and the Canada Free Press) seem to be on top of all of these stories. Too bad our papers don't have foreign correspondents. Oh, wait. We don't have many papers any more.

It's an old rule of politics that elected officials should avoid sporting events.

Many fans will boo because they think it's funny, or they think politics has no place at a game. In other words, they'll boo because they can - not because they actually believe it.
