If your stance is that you should be allowed to bash in my kneecaps with a lead pipe, and my stance is that no, you bloody well should *not* be allowed to do so, deciding that you'll only shatter one of my kneecaps and maybe an elbow is not actually a good compromise. And I am not unreasonable for not agreeing to it... but it will certainly be spun that way in the news. And I'll come off as the bad guy, the obstructionist who can't be worked with or made to listen to reason.
I love Bob Menendez, because he does do great things for NJ, and also women. I wish I had still been privileged enough to be able to afford to live in NJ and get to vote for him. Instead I can’t even stomach thinking about the senator that my husband guilted me into voting for today (hold your nose, this is not time for a protest vote, says the non-vagina-haver). Can someone please primary Bob fucking Casey next time around? My husband told me if I was going to complain, I should run. I said I would end up telling too many people to go fuck themselves (especially considering Pennsyltuckey). My husband is coming across as kind of a dick in this little story.
