This whole story just makes me sad. Several years ago Andy Rooney did a "60 Minutes" piece on veterans who claimed to have been awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor.
I know they shouldn't do that. But when exposed they just looked sad and loney and pathetic. This gentleman may or may not have been hoaxed. While part of me doesn't care, the rest is just sad about the whole sorry affair.
