This week, the Seattle police union went out of its way to tell cops that they'd better be OK with diversity, or go elsewhere. On its Facebook page, the Seattle Police Officers Guild reminded officers not to be assholes on social media, because it's all whatchacall, PUBLIC:

You can only comment on the fact that Wonkette does no allow comments but not on Discus. In order to comment on Discus you have to go to Yahoo. It's complicated but you will catch on. Mostly all the wonkeroos just ignore the rules , common sense and good taste and make dick jokes. It's allf or the best because sometimes a dick joke is the most telling comment especially when not commenting on dicks.
I love me some Stranger (probably best known to the Wonketariat as the home of Dan Savage's Savage Love column). Especially for Dominic Holden and Eli Sanders.
This is one of reasons I stayed out here in western Washington after retiring from the The Humongus Fucking Airplane (THFA), instead of returning to Kentucky.
A few years back I was driving to the airport through Phoenix. I saw a DPS (Staties) in one of the lanes, and saw something sitting on the roof of the car, just behind the light bar. As I rolled up behind, I saw that it was a rifle bag. Even though it was behind the bar, I knew that it had to have a rifle in it, as we were doing 65+ and it would have blown off if it were empty. I pulled along side and started laying on the horn. The cop looked a little confused. I made the "roll down the windows" motion. When he did, I yelled "RIFLE BAG ON ROOF!!!" It took a couple of attempts, but he eventually got the message. His expression was worth the exchange.
Don't forget former Seattle Police Chief Gil Kerlikowske and current Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection losing his gun when he left it on the seat of his parked car.
