Well, yes, FDR didn’t agree with Japan about their attack on Pearl Harbor, and FDR didn’t quite see eye to eye on Hitler’s declaration of war against the US, so, yes, I guess that counts as a Democrat getting us into a war.

Oh, and Vietnam, 1955 was Ike, a guy I kind of like, and the later stages of the war it was Nixon, but hey, it’s not like you’re trying to form any kind of meaningful argument or something.

So I just saw a WaPo headline that said "War with Iran is Less Likely Than You Think" [which, percentage-wise, doesn't reassure much]. Does this mean we should start stockpiling soap and shoes? Pardon my denseness, but are we at war yet? Or is that tomorrow?
