Apparently trump is back on Twitter anyway although the left news organizations seem not to have noticed.

"a license agreement with President Trump wherein neither the personal nor political conduct of President Trump, even if such conduct could negatively reflect on TMTG’s reputation or brand or be considered offensive, dishonest, illegal, immoral, or unethical, or otherwise harmful to TMTG’s brand or reputation, shall be considered a breach of the license agreement."

So, he can lie all day, every day, and it violates nothing. What's new?

I completely agree. As a lawyer who practiced almost 20 years in the state & federal district and appellate courts in Texas, including before the 5th Circuit, I don’t even recognize what these courts have become, and I’ve pretty much lost all faith in the court system. That is a deeply troubling admission for me to make, but there it is.

The 5th Circuit was always the most “conservative” federal COA, IMHO, but now they’re just openly RWNJ partisan hacks with absolutely NO respect for judicial norms or precedent.

BTW, when this 1-sentence order came out, there was a footnote indicating it was not unanimous (meaning it was a 2-1 decision), but it didn’t indicate how each judge ruled. I speculated that the 2 idiots who overturned the injunction were Edith Jones (Reagan appointee) because she’s the WORST, and Andrew Oldham (Trump appointee who was barely confirmed). This article would seem to confirm. Jones apparently thought Facebook.com, Twitter.com, etc. were internet service providers and NOT websites, while Oldham speculated that without the law, Verizon could listen in on their customers’ calls and disconnect them if they didn’t like the content.

The stupid, it burns.

The 5th Circuit hears all appeals that come from the federal district courts in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

Devin will make $750K a year, for one year (maybe), and then be out of a job. The wingnut welfare train will probably help get him another gig somewhere, though it has to be getting pretty crowded with otherwise unemployable people, so who knows how sweet it will be.

You know that old gag where the guy looks like his pet dog?

Nevin is starting to looking like a cow. And not a particularly smart one.

Can cows testify in front of Grand Juries? I ask because of that and that.

Devin thinks he is going to get $750 thou out of Trump after the end of his career? Trump has never paid off a debt in his life.

I am less likely to get a plush doll out of a vending machine in a cheap restaurant.

It's beyond human credulity. Squanders 430 million from Daddy, brings death to everything he touches and yet, because he emanates hatred, half our country thinks he's just swell. We cannot give up.
