Let's not forget Dickie leaking lies to Judith Miller, willing to swallow everything he spewed because her "anonymous White House sources" put her on the front page of the New York Times so Dickie could go on the Sunday shows and quote the front page stories from the NYT as proof his claims were true.

One question. Do VP's get big fancy state funerals? I would imagine Trump, if he had any say, would nix the idea. Also, too, everybody hates him.
I just gotta say, I woke up today feeling kinda shitty, knowing I needed to go to the gym, but not wanting to. Then I saw the headline that Dick Cheney was dead, and suddenly everything was great. All my aches and pains disappeared, I was so happy! I wanted to run up to strangers at the gym and see if they'd celebrate Cheney's death with me! I didn't know I had this much schadenfreude in me, and it's probably not a good thing. But fuck it, Dick Cheney's dead, I bought some booze and a pizza, I'm gonna celebrate!
It is hard to know if Cheney actually changed in his later years. His demonstrative support of Liz, hatred of Trump and endorsement of Kamala certainly contradicts his earlier political life. Regardless of their past, I wish other Republicans of note would speak up to perhaps embolden the feckless Congress. Looking at you W and others.

Donald Chump will nuke Washington, DC before he'll allow a single flag in that city to be lowered.
The only thing he feels for Dick Cheney is frustration that he didn't get the chance to put him in jail and ruin his life.
I saw a photo of a lowered WH flag yesterday but there was some speculation in comments to the story that it had been done without Trump's knowledge.
