BOOOOO! Death is too good for Ghouliani. Exhibit B in RWAHs. He deliberately tortured these women with the American legal system and greatly reduced what they were owed, being allowed to keep his stuff and his two homes. AND OUR JUDICIARY LET IT HAPPEN. For a POS like Rudy Colludy. May he never be able to go anywhere in NYC without people shouting insults at him and calling him the POS traitor he is.

So we will have to see Rudy again, kissing Trump’s ass, take a nose dive among the chairs, black shoe polish oozing down his worthless mug out in public again?! 🫣. Please show us the gals cruising in Lauren Bacall’s vintage Mercedes instead!

If I were making a settlement with Rudy, I,'d have him sign a power of attorney with a trustworthy third party, to do all the asset transfers and payments Rudy can't seem to get around to doing.

Unless Roodles has some serious kompromat on TFG there is no way he lifted a finger to help him.

Rudy coffee. So thick it comes out your pores.

They should of gone to court and took everything

All this time I thought only Trump himself was impervious to consequences. I fervently hope Roodles gets what he deserves someday, but I doubt it will happen.

That's disappointing. To me Rudy's NYC co-op was the jewel, the thing that would inflict the most emotional pain on that hairy mole of a man. I would have made transferring ownership of that a non-negotiable line item.

"he’s now settled his lawsuit against the two women whose lives he ruined with his racist lies"

IDK the settlement, like everyone else not privy to the agreement, but no matter what, Giuliani has not learned a single fucking thing from his travails. The only way to pound the lesson into his thick skull was to hit him where it hurts the most: his ego and his pocketbook. Ms Freeman and Ms Moss gave away the farm, and their example will likely just make Giuliani, Mooseballs Mussolini and the rest of the MAGAverse bolder in their verbal attacks on those deemed the enemy. (Being the patriots they all are the enemy consists -- in part -- of fellow Americans who prefer the Constitution to a fascist regime with the Fulvous Flatulence running the shitshow.)

"This resolution does not involve an admission of liability or wrongdoing by any of the Parties. I am satisfied with and have no grievances relating to the result we have reached. I have been able to retain my New York coop [sic] and Florida Condominium and all of my personal belongings. No one deserves to be subjected to threats, harassment, or intimidation."

* Not having to openly admit that he intentionally and continuously smeared the plaintiffs is a colossal win for Giuliani. Slander is a standard tool to the MAGAdroids, and by not making Rudy admit his slander he will have made the Right wingnuts think... no, know... that they can impugn anyone's name and suffer no consequences; that tool remains as sharp as ever;

* If Giuliani is satisfied and has no grievances with the deal then he got much more than he gave. As the defendant he should have to give up a lot more than he has to date to the two women that he dragged through the mud -- likely under orders from the Amber Ardipithecus ramidus. He'll continue to live the good life while Ms Freeman and Ms Moss will still have to suffer the damages done to their reputations and ruined lives. (Plus, it's a given that Giuliani will not be able to keep his mouth shut since he'll believe the agreement was total vindication with the end result being nothing more than a slap on the wrist);

* Giuliani will continue to jetset between his NY and FL residences -- both of which he has claimed as his primary residence -- with no worries that he might have to sell one or both homes to satisfy a judgement against him;

* I assume that when the guy who uses black shoe polish as a hair dye is including his World Series rings and other sports memorabilia when he says that he gets to keep "all of my personal belongings." This begs one question: are those his belongings or his son's since he claims he gifted them to the kid to avoid having to sell them to meet the penalties imposed? Just like owning two primary homes, it looks like that the items discussed were actually co-owned at best;

* "No one deserves to be subjected to threats, harassment, or intimidation." Has Giuliani said this to the Sociopathic Marigold Swamp Demon? After all, the Pumpkin Pestilence is incapable of talking about those who stand in opposition to his illiberal wet dreams without turning to all three to get his way in the end;

* Giuliani must believe that he won this war: lock, stock, and barrel. This, of course, is unmitigated bovine scat: "Arguing with an idiot is like playing chess with a pigeon… no matter how good you are the bird is going to shit on the board and strut around like it won anyway." IMPOed [some rando on substack].

"... No one deserves to be subjected to threats, harassment, or intimidation. This litigation has taken its toll on all parties. This whole episode was unfortunate. I and the Plaintiffs have agreed not to ever talk about each other in any defamatory manner, and I urge others to do the same."

Can't wait for that to last oh, all of half a day.

This 'other' waited two milliseconds before unleashing a profane torrent of defamatory remarks about Rudy.

I know how hard this has been for Freeman & Moss, but I would have still held out for the NYC ccondo.

It would be awesome if Trump's oligarchs paid the ladies $100 million or so, and Rudy shartz himself to death a couple days later.

In other words, Rudy’s “stall until they give up plan” worked. He should’ve been remanded to Riker’s for a month as part of the deal.
