The constitution does allow for slavery for those who are in prison, where they are not entitled to a minimum wage for their work. But yeah, Dilbie doesn't care about that.
2 sounds like the conservative ideal of heterosexual marriage although rather than "slave" they would choose a more innocent sounding name like "handmaid" or "wife"
They held ordinary cleaners/housekeepers hostage and didn’t pay them. Straight up standard ass slavery. One woman who was from Central America I think was held for over two years. Nothing about agreeing to it “for whatever reason“. As well as all the raping.
I know what you mean. My take is a little bit different. I think all of us are like that. But most of us have the ability to be embarrassed about believing it when it’s not true. In other words everyone wants to feel that they know stuff and are special, including things like being ‘tasteful’. But those of us who don’t go all True Believer need for it to be believable, not an obvious fantasy.
And of course some of us recognize that we have these feelings and that they can become childish, mean and crappy. So we discourage them in ourselves. Other people don’t bother so much with the self control thing.
Obviously comic strip characters all live in the same universe! Were they are all ruled over by Wally Gator. Or Albert the Alligator. I forget which. Boston Charlie is the Chamberlain. #AllHailTheGatorKing
I had exactly the same response when I read about all this. Especially since she is still doing it. Whereas Allison Mack is in the slammer. Kind of ruins Smallville though.

Yes, I think you are right.
You are very brave. Many hugs to you.
They both are. (He and Raniere.)
Good. Fundies are the worst.
He's cleared (this planet).
...made by people that are crazier than the proverbial outhouse rat.
Dilbert like most incels of course would defend that guy

Whatta Dilbert.
He seems to be rationalizing a lot, which ... he's thought about it, right?
I swear everyone and there dog is all ... how can I make money, pay no taxes, and justify abhorrent behavior? Oh! [finger snap] Religion!
Kanye: Everyone stealing my ideas!
It’s not a group, it’s a place. It’s in that Kokomo song. Antifa, Jamaica, ooh I wanna take ya. It’s obvious.
