Watched Jaime Harrison on Colbert last night. He was classy and erudite and respectful of all. He may have no chance in SOUTH CAROLINA because of it, but I slipped him 50 Ameros anyway.
In the clips I've seen he did really well - and Graham didn't look that great at all. Pretty much every positive highlight was of Harrison ... but there was nothing quite as brutal as the Ossoff take-down.
Sadly, that is all too true. I said almost those exact words to a friend when he was arguing that I must at least agree to "not take away what we have" in reference to all the lovely things our wealth allows us to have (I'm the well-know liberal in our friend group). Yes, we take nice vacations and live in a nice house. It's great!! And yes, we worked hard to get these nice things, and no, I DON'T particularly want those things to go away. But I countered that while no, I don't want to lose my nice things, it isn't fair for others to not even have a chance to also earn those nice things.
Ergo, he suffers from "I got mine, screw you" syndrome. And upon reflection, I recognize that many of my well-off friends are in that camp for those reasons. They are so concerned about losing what they have, that they have become blind to how little most everyone else actually has.
Which of course leads to the mental gymnastics justifying wealth inequality. Which I won't get started on, because this non-comment is already too long.
Love you guys. VOTE!! (in case you haven't already)
The middle digit as zero or one was for the old PBX (Private Branch Exchange) systems knew that a three-digit number was an area code and not an exchange prefix.
So the Dems are the cute but bloodthirsty bunny here? I will allow that.
My fear is that Biden will hold Trump as accountable as Obama held Bush.
Also known as the "fuck you, I got mine" worldview.
Your point about David Purdue is well taken but he isn't related to the Chicken Purdue family.
His cousin, former Georgia Governor and Trump's Agriculture Secretary, Sonny Purdue is in the agriculture business which includes chicken processing.
Sonny Purdue, David Purdue and the Georgia Purdue family are the Trump equivalent of corrupt in Georgia.

No thanks - I only get my imaginary money from George Soros.
banhammered for spam
Actually, it's close but more like,"Fuck you, I spent mine, now i want yours"
The Ossoff takedown was a rare treat, we mustn't get so spoiled we expect that kind of thing every time
I think it was from an eric bolling interview

... and nothing of value was lost.
Truly. "Follow through" seems to be quite a Dem problem...

For salivation, come to the atheists’ houses for the good candy.
