Most of our flora and fauna is certified as safer than being a non US citizen in the US. I mean, they're still fatal, but a quick kind of fatal. Plus you can still get your daily foods ...
Can we schedule a meetup in Sonoma? I know an excellent little women-owned patio restaurant that would be the perfect place for some deeeeelicious food and beers! and lemonade! It's called Spread Kitchen and it's right across the street from a super-fancy hotel where you may be having your stockholders meeting. Let's do it!
If you have time between picnics on the beach and graduations, some eating places you might enjoy in the City & County of Honolulu (aka Oahu) are: La Mariana, near the airport. It was the bar in the Magnum reboot. Kitschy fun, decent food. Zippy’s is the local Denny’s-type chain, with an emphasis on saimin. Good, dependable poke is available at any Foodland grocery store. There will probably be a line. For fancy food, the House Without a Key in the Halekulani Hotel is nice - my family goes there for birthdays, aiming for about 2pm, when there aren’t so many people snd it’s still the lunch menu. Still spendy, but tasty and a nice place to be. Valet parking is the way to go - the restaurant validates, you only pay the tip to park. Liliha Bakery on Nimitz has comfortable counter seating from which you can watch the cooks in action. As you might guess from the name, they also sell baked goods. Their coco puffs are famous.
I confess, I do not often read Tabs. Because there are days when I count myself fortunate to have time to read Wonkette at *all*, so if I want to get into the in-depth articles then something else has to go. Even so I might miss a few articles or days due to Life; it's been rather nonstop since before the winter holidays.
Girl I work five days, LOL
New Hampshire or Vermont? We won’t take you for granite, we promise!
HOORAY!!! HULA's!
If you're still gonna be on Oahu May16th/17th, you can get hand crafted whimsical cute stuff at Angel feire at Harbors Vintage, noon-6P
Ooooh Embarcadero Hyatt, that is fancy.
I've got that in my calendar and hope to be able to attend. I might even brave BART for this (eep).
No visits to Oz ?

Don't forget the butter rolls with radioactive(-looking) lilikoi jelly!!
OMG the butter rolls! And the bright red dipping sauce, which I think is made with Jell-O.

Hope to make Missoula, though weekends are difficult cause I'm in Virginia City doing Living History (stop on by!)
