If Rich Cordray fucked the CFPB like that and doesn't win, I will personally drive to Ohio and kick his ass myself (with votes). You had one job Cordray! And it was to not fuck up the CFPB!

So you can be a convicted felon whose actions were judged to have contributed to the deaths of 29 miners and still get 20% of the GOP vote in West Virginia?

They are voting for some crazies. However, fewer of them seem to be turning out, even for primaries. Which is interesting to me

Everything the right wing propaganda machine does is at best, underhanded. Ethics, morals, and integrity have been pushed aside in the quest for a 1000 year white Republican oligarchy.

Arrest Blankenship - it's against federal law to wear any part of the US flag as clothing.

I'm a statistics nerd, so I watch this kind of thing like a hawk. Unfortunately, far too many people just discount 'polls' altogether unless and until they find one that just happens to agree with them. With a little education and patience, you can tease a lot of information (and refute a lot of claims) out of a poll simply by means of a careful reading. I wish people understood stats better, but I completely understand that it can be boring as all hell for most folks.

YAY, YOU!!! I've been a Dem since birth, I think. Hated the thought of Ronnie so I voted "I"--Mass let us do that at will back then.... I missed voting against Nixon the first time, but HAPPILY voted against him in 1972!

I'm an engineer and comfortable with numbers. The polls don't interest me enough to delve deep. If I want a deep analysis of polls, FiveThirtyEight usually covers that need.Regarding W. VA, I just scanned the headlines in Google News.
