I think the biggest issues are 24 cable news channels and the fact that our biggest news network was allowed to be bought by our biggest cable provider. Everything has become all about ratings and advertising, and actually providing useful information is way low on the list. But yay unchecked capitalism!

He spews out 3rd-grader level ignorant bullshit, and even worse--and NO ONE CALLS HIM OUT ON IT--invariably directly implies that nothing is being done by Obama! EXACTLY what you are saying!!! Never mind that Obama has deported more than any other president, and that immigration is at a net zero, and that our borders are CLOSED (I tell people to go to San Ysidro, cross into Mexico and try to get back in without a U.S. passport), heavily guarded, and hugely policed. Never mind that Obama has been bombing ISIS, successfully, for two years, and that they're in tatters in and in retreat. (I tell people to see if they can recall any new videos of ISIS triumphantly overrunning any new territory--and to ask themselves why not.) Never mind that we, you know, HAVE a military court--where does he think court-martials happen? Oh my God. Thank you for noticing this too!
