It would seem that he's learned this cheap parlor trick, where you take other people's money and use it to make hideous buildings appear in Manhattan. It's very annoying.

So the scientologists would sue you? If we wanted you in hell, we'd have nicer ways of going about it.

O, for the days when Trump's gump was limited to New York.

That is so. In the UK, the libel laws are barbaric--98% of all libel suits find for the plaintiff. And yes, truthful statements may be found to be defamatory if they make the plaintiff look bad. The difference between the UK and the US is that pesky little First Amendment thang.

Hell, Glennfiddich was probably delighted at the free publicity, not to mention the cachet of NOT being served by Trump.

I still laugh when I remember that great 'Ivanarama' takedown.

So what happens if a straight guy wears some of that cologne made exclusively for gay men? Does it turn him into a homersexual? Is this how the militant gays are recruiting our school children, with fragrance scented swatches they stole from the Macy's perfume counter?

Carusone's from Long Island so I have to presume Trump filed in New York. He's not going to be bounced out of court by NYS' anti-SLAPP law (and sadly therefore won't be subject to SLAPP-back provisions when he does get bounced out of court for his case being flimsy to point of frivolity) because the statute in question only applies to petitions relating to permitting issues.

Maybe Trump's lawyers need to make a mortgage payment, otherwise they'd probably have advised him that filing cases so laughably doomed to failure puts him at risk of having to pay not only their fees, but defendants' too.

You can certainly state that it's your opinion that Trump is a dick with impunity.

Since any reasonable person would believe you're expressing an opinion rather than making a factual statement when you equate The Duhnald with a penis, I'm pretty sure you can state that Trump is a dick with impunity also.
