Are the Russians slowly going to string him along, then when he cannot help them anymore, just burn him? Like, release some secret material on the guy? My only caveat about G.W. is that I've always thought he was a figurehead and that Cheney and Rumsfeld were the tandem president. Bush is a dolt. That's what I thought about Reagan, as well. Also, makes me worry even more about Trump because I think of him as an out-of-control Frankenstein.
