The best part of all of this is that all that money that's going to the RNC will be spent on the Yam's legal fees or on HIS campaign and there won't be any left for any downballot campaigns. So, all you Senate races, House races, Governors, local Representatives--you're all on your own because you're about to be sacrificed to pay for the Yam's legal fees and his campaign costs.

The Democrats are rolling in small dollar contributions and money from big funders, including from some of Nikki Haley's former givers. The RNC, otoh, has now become radioactive, seeing as how it's become the Yam's personal piggybank.

What was that thing Lindsey Graham said in 2016? That thing where everyone pooh-poohed him and said, "Oh, you silly thing. One individual cannot ever destroy something so immense and powerful as a political party."

There's a meme about it, I know.

No, there is not a 50-50 chance the electorate is going to fuck this up again. Ds and D-leaning Independents are totally fucking motivated.

Signs point to you being right about this.

Suspiciously sloppy NYT/Siena polls, on the other hand...

Trump has never contributed a single penny to any of his campaigns.

An $815,000 'donation' to sit down and listen to those worthless white assholes whine? Shit, I'd use that money to run for fucking President myself.

There's the money Trump will make from the Truth Social merger boondoggle, but usually in those cases investors can't sell the stock or use it for collateral for 6 months.

Eh, that's a total nope. As soon as PAB would start unloading shares everybody else would dump theirs as well and the stock would be trading at its actual value of $.0001 per share within an hour. PAB wouldn't get his half a billion, not even close.

Who is this and where am I's avatar

Engoron should slap PAB with hs own $91M defamation lawsuit.

What does "contempt of court" mean, if not that?

Daniel O'Riordan's avatar

He sent out one "truth" where he called Engoron, by name, a corrupt judge who was Letitia James' puppet. Actually, I think he called her Peekaboo James, but you get the drift.

Isn't that, like, contempt?

Even if he has $465M in liquid assets, which is highly unlikely, a good bit of it is already committed to operating his tacky gold-plated resorts. Plus terms of his loans from various entities require him to have a certain amount of money.

He wants someone else to pay his bond so he can keep spinning his lies about being a billionaire. Kind of like the “I’m rich so I won’t be beholden to anyone” lies he told when he first ran.

Darth Trad's avatar

He'd have to show:

1. How his company/s spends money to stay afloat

2. The sources of the money that comes in to do that

3. How much HE and people associated with him take out of that for themselves

Pisto75666-Radical Left Scum's avatar

Because EVERY millionaire (excuse me, nillionaire. I love that so much. Hee!) that has 500 million to play around with goes out of their WAY to come up with trading cards and tacky fake gold painted shoes to make money.

Pablo Escobar had an estimated 22 billion in ACTUAL CURRENCY on hand. His cartel had to spend $2500 a month on rubber bands alone.

It's Tiny Hands' way of exhibiting his class. Low. Class.

I thought the bond was only to stay enforcement until the appeals court makes a decision. It just makes it easier to collect if he loses.

Not to forget that WinRed, a private for-profit company that all the Rs are directed to use, takes its own cut of 3.94% before anybody else sees the money. Anybody but this guy Lansing and whoever his backers are, hmmm? In the room where it happens! https://youtu.be/ZN6mp2NjMhs?t=96

"In practice, what that means is that even modestly large contributors"

"I don't know if I can afford to be a large contributor."

"That's fine, we also have a 'moderately large' tier."

"Is that better than small?"

"It's closer to smaller large than moderately larger large, but not as small as moderately moderate."

"That sounds great, I'll take that."

"Excellent choice, monsieur. And you do know that you get your ass fried with that at no additional charge, eh?"
