Me too. Mine is actually on the market now and EX-H and I have a contract on it. My concern is that he fucks it up, even though I have a court order AND the buyer has offered us more than we were asking (he's covering closing costs!).My EX-H is A Idiot and that's not bitterness talking. I think he's pissed because 1) he's losing the rents that he wasn't sharing with me anyway and 2) he doesn't think he's getting a big enough payday. Greedy mofo.
Aren't most people? Christ, $45 billion is just not enough for the Koch brothers, or the Waltons. They are STILL spending money on advertising to try to get the GOP to cut their taxes. When you have that much money, you'd honestly have no way of telling if you lost half of it, because you'd already have more than you could spend in 300 life times, yet they still want more, and the rest of us can just piss off.
Unless they give 270 to Hillary, Stein, Johnson or McMullin, (not gonna happen), the only really likely non-Trump outcome* is no one gets to 270 and the election goes to the House. Who might go for Trump, or might go for Pence, or maybe some so-called "consensus" candidate like Romney. Or maybe they ask Obummer to stay for one more goddamned year and call for new elections in 2018.
